This is a family business run by father Neven and son Petar. Neven is enjoying his well-deserved retirement while Petar is finishing his studies at university. Both of us share a passion for traveling the world with our friends, having explored nearly half of the globe. We love meeting new people and building friendships and experiences, which is reflected in our guest reviews. We take pride in being available to assist our guests in any situation and are always ready to help in any way we can. Welcome to our inviting apartments, perfect for a memorable stay! We offer a total of five well-appointed apartments, each designed to provide comfort and convenience. On the third floor, you will find three apartments. One of them is a charming studio apartment, ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a cozy retreat. The other two apartments feature separate, modern bedrooms, perfect for families or groups looking for a bit more space and privacy. On the first floor, our spacious apartment boasts three distinct bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. This layout is perfect for families or larger groups who want to enjoy time together in a comfortable setting. Additionally, on the ground floor, we have two more apartments. One is a generous two-bedroom apartment with direct access to a balcony and courtyard, providing a lovely outdoor space to relax. The other is a smaller studio apartment, designed to accommodate two guests, making it an ideal choice for a romantic getaway or a short stay. All our apartments are equipped with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant experience. Each apartment has new air conditioning for heating or cooling, as well as central heating. We also have a courtyard, or parking area, made of granite stone, which is sufficient for approximately five to six cars. Additionally, we have a garage on the premises to securely accommodate motorcycles. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, our accommodations offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Book your stay with us and enjoy a wonderful home away from home!
