A bit about our apartments... Pina Apartments are located in Zvekovica, a small village situated 2km away from Cavtat, 4km away from Dubrovnik airport, 15km from the city of Dubrovnik, and 16 km from the Montenegro border. The nearest beach is 2km away. The village is connected to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by bus line 10, which operates from 5 AM to 12 PM. In our courtyard, we have a big grill that our guests are welcome to use. We also have three parking spaces in front of the house. Our apartment is available for rent throughout the year, for short or long periods. We built and decorated the apartments ourselves in our family home, and as such, we've named them after my mother, Pina. We poured our hearts into the design and carefully planned and chose every single detail, as if we were going to live here ourselves. I am personally passionate about interior design, and every shabby-chic decoration has been personally selected. We also have a Star Wars themed apartment that I'm sure any fan would love.
Hello there, My name is Davor and I have been in the tourism business for almost a decade. My parents and I would love to show you around and provide you with some great local tips for your perfect stay at our apartments. We are a local family and we know the best places to go and see! In my spare time, I enjoy taking walks and spending time with my dog Garo. I also love visiting my friends all around the world. Additionally, I am a huge fan of Star Wars and we have an apartment in that theme for fellow fans! My father and mother produce their own wine and homemade liqueurs which are free for our guests to enjoy. We are always excited to receive feedback from our guests and improve our services. We are looking forward to having you here and providing you with an enjoyable stay.
This location is a perfect destination for guests who love to bask in the sun and enjoy the sea. It is close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and maintain peace and privacy. The apartment is located just a two-minute ride away from the nearest beach. On the famous seaside promenade, various restaurants, bars, and shops can be found, which is an ideal spot for those who enjoy nature and long sunset walks. The grocery store and bakery are within 400 meters of the property. The Old Town of Dubrovnik is 20 kilometers away, and the nearest bus stop is within 400 meters of the property. Dubrovnik Airport is only 4 km away, while the Ferry Port, which connects the mainland to various Dalmatian islands, is 20 km away.
