Apartments with spectacular view in the heart of Cavtat Villa Rilovic is a beautifully presented villa situated in the pretty bay of Cavtat, offers a luxury accommodation in a four-star hotel. Cavtat is a lovely location to spend a holiday and can cater for all you needs – fantastic local restaurants, cozy bars and lots of water sports on offer. Villa Rilovic is just 5 kilometers away from Dubrovnik airport and 20 minutes drive from the spectacular medieval Town of Dubrovnik. Started operating in a new house in 2018 and can be reached in about three minutes walking from the center of Cavtat Features modern and luxurious apartments, a furnished big terrace in front of house and a shared barbecue in the garden. Each stylish apartment has a sea and city front view, fully equipped kitchenette with a dinning area. Free private parking is available on site. Nice new six apartments comes with one bedroom and two bedrooms, the apartments are equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, all rooms are air conditioned with free Internet access and satellite Tv. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Ironing facilities are also available on request.

Neighbourhood information

Located very close to the old town and beaches - all in walking distance. town has plenty of restaurants and beaches, as well as the more modern marina. Two small supermarkets and a pharmacy were just at the bottom of the hill. The property is located near the sea, just a 5-minute walk to the lovely beach where guests can relax. Nearby there are also various shops, cafes and restaurants where guests can enjoy the local cuisine. Cavtat has many wonderful cobble streets to explore and alcove beaches to discover. Why not take a trip to Dubrovnik Old Town, where guests can stroll along its bustling winding walkways, enjoy a drink at one of the cliff-side bars or take the cable car to the fantastic view point on top of the hill.
