Apartmani "Villa Tudor" smješteni su u staroj jezgri grada, s pogledom na glavni hvarski trg te Katedralu sv. Stjepana. Sama zgrada objekta izgrađena je 1870. godine, te renovirana 2002. godine, kada se počela i iznajmljivati.
Apartmani se nalaze u centru grada. Nasuprot bunara u prizemlju zgrade se nalazi restoran La Bocca s lijeve strane picerija Kogo s desne restoran Pošteni i restoran s azijskom hranom. Nasuprot apartmana nalazi se samoposluga Studenac. Katedrala sv. Stjepana udaljena je 50m dok je autobusni kolodvor udaljen svega 100m. U neposrednoj blizini je riva na kojoj se nalaze taxi brodice koje vas mogu odvesti do obližnjih kupališta na Paklenim otocima kao što su Stipanska, Palmižana, Jerolim, Ždrilca te brojni drugi otoci. Poznati noćni klubovi kao što su Carpe Diem, Nautika, Kiva, Aloha, Seven te brojni drugi udaljeni su 200-300 metara od objekta.
