Our apartments house is located in Kastel Stafilic. We currently offer 3 studio apartments for rent, 1 studio apartments is on base floor and the other 2 are on first floor. Town Split is located about 18 km away which can be visited by car or bus in short time. Town Trogir is about 8 km away from Kastel Stafilic and is UNESCO protected.
As our family lives in this apartments house we are glad to see many people from many different countries coming with their own experiences about the world they have been and seen so we often invite visitors for coffee and drinks and discuss about many good things about almost any subject you can imagine. We are spontaneous with good vibe and we like to enjoy good food and drinks, good music and good company.
Small place Resnik in Kastel Stafilic has about 200 inhabitants. Restaurant is 30m away, market works only in summer days and is 50m away, there are 5 tennis courts 20m away and most important is the beach which is 100m away. By the beach is a small coffee bar and they serve many drinks. Al tough the airport is 2 km away you will hear planes but wherever you go in Kastela or Trogir the noise is the same like in Resnik. To most people it doesn't disturb them but we had few complaints about the noise. The sea is clear and the temperature is ok depending at what date you are coming, some winds blow but they are not so strong and bring some chill during hot summer days.
