Brand new Villa with swimming pool. Opened June 2018. The beautiful villa is located in a small village of Ika near Opatija, only 300 m from the beach. The villa consists of 3 apartments on 3 floors. Your apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms with toilets and showers. Around the private pool there are sunbeds and a barbecue area with table and chairs for all. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a beautiful play area and garden. Welcome!!!
