To make you feel truly welcome, we’ve prepared a special ARIA welcome package, which includes: still water, olive oil, homemade honey, coffee, and tea. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a carefree stay: The master bedroom features an extra king-size solid wood bed with a 24 cm high premium mattress, anti-allergy pillows, air conditioning, and a TV/Sat. The living room is also air-conditioned and includes a TV/Sat, sofa bed, and a large couch for your comfort. The kitchen comes with everything you need – in addition to standard appliances (fridge, stove, oven), you’ll also find a microwave with grill, multiple coffee makers (filter, Moka, and espresso), an egg cooker, water kettle, toaster, and even an ice maker. We invite you to relax, explore, and enjoy everything that ARIA, Novigrad, and the beautiful Istrian region have to offer!

Our neighborhood is peaceful, picturesque, and ideal for exploring on foot or by bike. You’ll find everything you need nearby — from charming cafés and local markets to wine bars, art galleries, and scenic seaside promenades. For guests traveling with pets, we are happy to share that Novigrad has a designated dog-friendly beach, just a short walk from the apartment, where your furry friends can enjoy the sea and sun as much as you do.
