This lovely family home boasts a double room and a separate single room apartment, each complete with its own bathroom and kitchen facilities. The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the expansive terrace, spanning 100 square meters, which affords spectacular vistas of Splitska Bay and Brač Channel. Perfect for accommodating two families or a large group of friends, this vacation rental is an excellent choice for those seeking quality time together. Conveniently located just 100 meters from the beach, and a mere 500 meters from the village centre where you can find supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
We are mother and son, owners of the house, speaking several languages.
Splitska is a charming, quaint village located only 5 km away from Suptera, the main town on the island. The village boasts a large bay with beautiful stone beaches, and a pebble beach situated in Bay Zastup, which is approximately 500 m away from the house.
