Apartment is only 50 metres from Split's Bačvice Beach, it is surrounded by parks and pine trees and is just a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Featuring parquet floors and walls coloured in pastel tones, the charmingly styled Suzy/Demi apartments are all air-conditioned and have fully equipped kitchenettes and flat-screen cable TVs. Apartment has balcony with view of beach and surrounding islands. Many bars and popular restaurants are located in the immediate surroundings of the Demi and Suzy Apartments. Famous Diocletian's Palace is reachable on foot within 10 minutes.
