The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 + 2 people. The luxurious modern design and the location, which is only 150 meters from the sea, leave little to be desired. Villa Oliva 1 is fully air-conditioned and has a beautiful private pool, which can also be heated. The open concept on the first floor offers a luxurious spacious living area as well as a kitchen with dining area, both with large sliding doors leading to the private pool and outdoor dining area. The 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are evenly distributed over the first and second floors. The villa also offers plenty of entertainment: in the basement you will find a pool table as well as table soccer and darts. The villa is semi-detached, but offers complete privacy thanks to the high fence. The two properties can also be rented together. Next to the villa you will find a lawn with a children's playground and a large private parking lot, which are shared with Villa Oliva 2.
