This beautiful island house is located in peaceful area near sand beaches (5 min walk) and close to the restaurants, caffe bars (night bar), bakery, butcher, post office and supermarkets. This accomodation is equiped with free wi - fi and all the necessary appliances. With house is free parking for vehicles and balcony. By renting this house you get the atmosphere and experience of an island house. The whole house is yours to use (do not share the entrance, garden or terrace with other guests). The house is located not far from the center of Ugljan, everything is 5-10 minutes walk away, depending on whether you want to go to the beach or to the store.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is located on a plot of 500m2 which is also left to the use of guests. There are a couple of private houses around the house, but the garden allows you maximum privacy. The garden is decorated with greenery and fruit trees such as figs, as well as olive trees.
