Having refurbished the property recently, we boast with its modern and clean outlook. It is set in the heart of the Old Town Rovinj with an excellent access to the local stretch of beach which is perfect for a refreshing swim at all times. Being only 20 meters away from the gem of Rovinj - St Eufemija church, we are conveniently located to tourist attractions and plenty of local businesses with hand-made souvenirs. Also, we are 15 meters away from the renowned family pizzeria Sergio which undoubtedly serves the best pizza in the town. It is a perfect place for families, groups of friends and couples.
The owners of the property are a well-established family in the town owning a few family businesses in the area ranging from apartments, clothing shops and restaurants. We are a well-travelled and open minded family welcoming everyone to enjoy the beauty of our town and the Adriatic sea.
