Luxurious multi level Villa on the beach front with incredible views. Top quality bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances. All bedrooms are on suite. Cable TV, Free WIFI, Air conditioning, underfloor heating, fully equipped laundry room. Very big private terrace with BQ facilities. 50 meters from Rixos Libertas Hotel, and PEMO convenient store. Private access to beach and sea. Exclusive use of Jacuzzi and heated swimming pool . Free Parking available.
Welcoming and friendly! We have a dedicated caretaker on site ( Unit 3) that will make sure that your stay is hassle free, and willing to assist with any request.
The property is 100 meters from the Rixos Libertas Hotel and swimming areas. Bus number 2,4 and 7 departs 50m from the property for easy transport in and around Dubrovnik. Taxis are also available at the Rixos Hotel, and Sixt Car Rental is 50m away should you require car rental services.
