PENTHOUSE IN FAMILY VILLA, with your private GARDEN, separate entrance and parking, surrounded with pine trees. FOR 6+2 persons, with area of 96 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen as well as 110 m2 of open areas within the terrace and the garden behind the house, with typical wild Dalmatian plants - pines, olives, oleanders, providing the shadow on hot summer days. Penthouse is on the second floor, with sea view. Air conditioner in each room,Wi-Fi, washing machine, sat tv, electric grill and mini kitchen in the garden. Two bedrooms are with queen-size beds, and the third one is with two single beds. Only the penthouse is for rent in this villa, completely renovated in 2019, with idea to create a comfortable space for people who appreciate PRIVACY and EXCLUSIVITY. Villa is situated in Saldun bay, between ancient city of TROGIR, under protection of UNESCO as a world heritage site, and village OKRUG GORNJI, each on walk distance. Both are well known as touristic destination, for the variety of activities offered to visitors. The house is build on the 3000 sqm lot, representing a small sanctuary for birds and crickets.

TROGIR is one of most important historical cities in Dalmatia, with museums, ancient buildings and fortifications worth to be seen. It is on 15 min walk distance from villa, and there you can find well stocked shops, fish and green market. Additionally, two supermarkets - Lidl and Kaufland - are on 10 min by car. Trogir is also center of the night life in area, with numerous restaurants, taverns and bars. In OKRUG GORNJI as well as on the whole CIOVO ISLAND you can find rocky and pebble beaches, with bars, restaurants and other facilities on the coastline. Within the area, you can find rental services for car, scooter, bike or boat, water ski, kneeboard , wake board, jet-ski and parasailing, excursions by boat to nearby beaches, diving school, guided tours to Trogir or to Split, and many more! Also, in one day, you can visit SIBENIK and ZADAR, both UNESCO heritage sites, or take a excursion boat to visit a nearby islands with beautiful beaches, Kornati national park islands, the Krka river possibilities or... the possibilities to enrich your summer experience are countless!
