The recently renovated house with a pool is located in Umag in the upper part of Croatia on the so-called Umag Riviera. Holiday house is located in Punta district 600 m from the center of Umag. The sea is only on 200 m and the nearest beach is throw away 200 m. The house has a living space of 100 m2 distributed in three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a two bathrooms. The house has a large garden with nice pool, barbecue, private parking on the property and of course the proximity to the sea. Internet via Wi-Fi and the air conditioning are in the price inclusive. Fenced garden around the house at 100 m2.
