Modern bright and inviting, this home in Lopatinec “wine country” is perfect for your next family getaway or festive weekend. Two large patios and lovely back garden are great for entertaining, or for a great family weekend in the country. Designer touches abound throughout the property yet with all the comforts of home, including a 75-in. TV with surround sound, full house high-speed internet, and 4 parking spaces.
Away from the city and crowds, yet close to grocery and town services.
We lived on this property for 17 years before we started listing. Personal touches and designer details can be seen both inside the house as well as outside terraces and pool. We loved sitting outside, listening to birds singing and watching the stars. We strive to provide the same experience to our guests as we had when we lived on this property.
Lopatinec is located in Medimurje’s wine country, noted for its Posipel, Traminer and Yellow Muskat wines and the nearby Dvanajscak winery.
Property is secluded with no neighbors. 23 km long hiking trail passes by the back garden (Cakovec - Strigova trail) showing all the beauty and tranquility of Medimurje. Grocery store is 500 m away, Cakovec 5 and Varazdin 11 km. Terme Sveti Martin are 12 km from your perfect getaway.
