The outdoor area of 200 sqm offers a private 4m x 8m swimming pool with spacious sun deck area, 4 sun deck chairs surrounded with grass plot, and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool, you will find a covered outdoor dining area for 10 people with a barbecue (next to the living and dining area at the ground floor level). The first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with large dining and living area (with exit to outdoor dining on the terrace). Bedroom No1 with king-size bed, Bedroom No2 with king-size bed and a Family Bathroom in a hallway with a shower.
