This spacious apartment in the city center features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a laundry room and a balcony. It is equipped to a high standard (washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, ice machine) which will make your stay pleasant and unforgettable. The parking lot is next to the building. A welcome drink, coffee and basic groceries needed for your stay will be in the apartment to make your arrival easier and more pleasant. We will recommend you what to visit and where to go if you want to explore eastern Croatia or simply come and enjoy this beautiful city on the Sava River. The apartment is located a minute's walk from the main town square, one of the largest squares in Croatia, and is the center of socializing for many citizens. In winter, the square turns into a true Advent fairy tale, and throughout the year you can enjoy the square in numerous cafes and restaurants. The baroque fortress on the Sava river, built in the 1700s, is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The fortress is the most important historical building in the county and today it is used for the development of culture and is the place where major events such as concerts and festivals take place. The city swimming pools and sports hall are located 1500m from the apartment, while one of the most beautiful river beaches in Croatia (ŠRC POLOJ) is only 4 km from the city center. You can reach this landscaped river bathing area by car or enjoy the 2.5 km long landscaped cycling and jogging paths. There are several grocery stores within a radius of 200m.
