Unlike many city-center properties, our apartment offers the coveted amenity of private parking (for one car), sparing you the usual hassle of finding a spot in such a sought-after location. Our apartment's location is exceptional—not only are you in the city center, but you're also 5-minute walk from the beach (Lokunje) and 15 minutes from the other one (beach Riva). The first ATM is just down the street (1 min) and for your grocery needs, the nearest supermarkets (Plodine or Tommy) are also, a mere 5-minute walk away, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is comfortable. There are many restaurants around but here you can find some recommodations: - Starac i more (11 min) - Riva (7 min) - Bazilika (14 min) This vibrant apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the city's lively center, with being behind a popular local night club (Cocomo club). While this provides a perfect spot for those looking to immerse themselves in the city's energetic nightlife, please note that there can be some ambient sounds during the evening.
