COMFORT STUDIO is cool, modern and new studio suitable up to 4 people. It features free wi-fi, air condition and parking place in front of the building. It is centrally located, so close to all city facilities. The studio has 2 comfortable sofa bed in the living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a lovely balcony with table and chairs, and a beautiful sea view !!! The centre of Novalja is just on a few minutes by walk. There, guests can find restaurants, bars, shops, and other nighttime entertainment. The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 63km away. A bus stop with links to the famous Zrce beach is 350 meters away. In our restaurant "Splendid" in the centre of Novalja, we offer you breakfast at an affordable price. The restaurant is 750m away from your apartment. In addition, we offer fast, free food delivery ( lunch, brunch, dinner) to our guests. Guests can order food through a very simple app, available in every apartment, without making phone calls.

Novalja... the world famous destination for a wonderful vacation and great fun on the Zrće beach. Novalja boasts beautiful beaches, preserved nature just waiting for you to discover it, excellent food and wine, which are only some of its wonders you will not be able to resist... We can organize transfers from the airport. Main Bus Station with lines to the historic town of Zadar and around the Pag Island, is located 1,5 kilometers away. Island Pag is connected to the mainland by a bridge, 45 km away. Zadar Airport is at a distance of 65 km away. The center of Novalja is just on a few minutes by walk. There, guests can find restaurants, bars, shops, and other nighttime entertainment. A bus stop with links to famous party beach Zrce is about 100 meters away.
