About this property

Providing free Wi-Fi and set just steps away from the sea, Orsan Residence was renovated in 2015. It is connected to the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik with quick bus lines. Set in authentic stone buildings, rooms here come with air conditioning and free WiFi access. A shared lounge and kitchen with a fireplace are at the guests' disposal. Sea views are available. Guests can take a walk to Dubrovnik's Old Town or jog along the beautiful promenade located in front of Residence Cosmai. Various beach and water sports activities such as scuba diving, as well as tennis and football courts, can be found nearby, and there are wellness centres in the neighbourhood as well. The town centre is filled with historic sights, museums and old churches and is a 10-minute bus ride away. Boat excursions to the Elafiti islands including fish picnics, off-road safaris, guided walking tours and other trips can be booked on site. An airport pick-up service is available on request.

Property is located just by the Sea, in front of Yacht Club Orsan in very peaceful and quite neighborhood by the Sea. Old Town can be reached within 10-20 minutes with local bus no.6 that is operating every 10-15 mins or by uber/bolt which are very cheap. Numerous beaches,bars and restaurants are just 10 minutes away on foot, walking zones and nice views, car is not necessary nor recommended, we provide free mountain bikes. Location is perfect combination of peaceful lovely neighborhood with plenty activities and easily reachable old town where all the monuments and sights are.
Owners is Marko born and raised local here in Dubrovnik ready to meet new guests. Bought the house in early 2015 and then fully renovated DIY on my own a bit by bit. I like to travel a lot as well so my property is created as a home away from home for our visitors where i try to provide everything needed for pleasant and nice vacation. My reviews are well earned since nothing came easy not free for me. Our property is smart, using key cards, self check in, smart lights, smart air condition,smart tv etc. As well I live in same building so i can help with anytjhing quickly
Neighborhood is close to everything while it is very peaceful, quiet and safe. Two yacht clubs are just in front of a property, numerous restaurants, bars/pubs, groceries and beaches can be reached in 5-10 min walking distance. Bus station for Old town is just 5 min away all in, easy and nice walking distance. A beautiful seaside walk around Babin Kuk peninsula starting from property back to property takes approximately 40min (4.8km) seeing numerous beaches, Restaurants, Sunset views and Uvala Lapad Promenade, all on the way. It is suitable for jogging and sports activities as well. We are providing brand new, high quality bicycles for our guests. Location is perfect for visitors who like to be close to everything, but still get to enjoy quite and peaceful stay with no noises or worries.
