Our building is located on the banks of the Kupa river in the center of Karlovac, 5 minutes from parks, theater, museum, bus and train station. We are located in an old star-shaped town. Two blocks away is the city bike station where you can rent a bicycle. On a walking distance are all the famous Karlovac tourist attractions, our four rivers, bars, pubs and restaurants. In the summer you can take a swim in Korana, Kupa and Mreznica river, in the center of the town. The building the apartment is located was built in 19. century. The room is located on the 1st floor, separated from the rest of our apartment, has it's own entrance and is completely renovated in March 2018. The kitchen area was renovated in 2020. The bathroom is brand new.
I am a journalist currently working as an office manager. I like to travel, drink coffee with my friends, read mystery books and watch action, thriller and drama movies and TV series. If traveling was for free you would never see me again.
Karlovac is a green city with 4 rivers and beautiful parks. It is perfect for walking, rollerblading, jogging or cycling. We have unique, first European freshwater aquarium "Aquatika" that you can visit every day. In the summer you can swim on the first Croatian registered river beach on river Korana. You can also find a lot of other beaches and camps on other rivers near by. Karlovac is easy to view by foot or bike, which you can rent in city center. You can also use train, bus or taxi to visit the country side around the city. The capital, Zagreb, is only 30 minutes away by car, and you can be on the Adriatic coast in one hour. National park Plitvice lakes is only 70 km away.
