Just 3 kilometers from Vir and 30 kilometers from historical town of Zadar, where, only 180 m away from the beach, we positioned our apartments. Vir, a beautiful tourist destination, is a real Mediterranean city with a lot of attractions, restaurants, concerts and events. Positioned in a beautiful, full of nature part of Vir Crowonder Luxury Vir, new holiday house on the Adriatic coast and the ideal place for your holiday in Dalmatia. It has 6 completely equipped apartments, on which floor 2- one for 6 and one for 8 persons. On the first floor, there are two apartments with a balcony and partial sea view, on second and third apartments with balconies and sea view.
The most important for us is our guest satisfaction. That is why we emphasize on cleanliness in the apartments, natural, pleasant to the touch materials, properly selected colors and interior arrangements. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, free parking and other amenities.
Neighbourhood information
BEACH
A beautiful sandy-pebble beach is only 200m away from the building with apartments accessed by a gravel road with no traffic (dead-end street). Children can walk to and from the beach alone. The beach is great for families because it has long shoal with sand where kids can play without worries. Vir beaches are known to have clear sea and are on no. 17 of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia.
The island of Vir is one of those carefully kept secrets found all over the world. Once discovered, everyone keeps its existence to themselves. Vir truly offers the best of both worlds, as it is a proper island, yet connected to the mainland by a bridge. It is a pleasant climate and the setting of a small Mediterranean town makes it a favourite holiday destination. Besides the comforts of contemporary living, Vir will also enrich its visitors with a spirit of times past, which can be felt in the exploration of old ruins, churches and fortifications. Vir is still not crowded with big hotels and all accommodation capacities are private, so it still offers visitors a special charm and intimacy.
