Featuring an in-house gym and a large sun terrace with pool, the newly built Deluxe Villa No. 10 is conveniently located 150 metres from the sea and promenade in Mandre. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided on site. Each of the modernly decorated rooms and apartments comes with air conditioning, minibar and LCD satellite TV. The property is a short walk away from the centre of Mandre, where you can find a couple of restaurants, markets, petrol station and cash machine. There is also a new playground with slides and trampoline in the Mandre park. Novalja is 15 km from the Deluxe Villa No. 10, while the historic town of Pag is 20 km away. There are several bike routes available from Mandre.

Company information

It is both designed and run by a family of four, whose father is a former athlete and which, therefore, spent a great part of their life travelling across the world, with little time for vacation. What vacation meant for this family was travelling to a place on the Adriatic coast whenever the father was allowed to. Even though the vacation never lasted long due to the father's football duties, over the years they tried to visit as many places and islands on the coast as possible. After a long search for the most peaceful place, one day they sailed into Lučica, the small harbour of Mandre. Immediately they knew that this was the place they were looking for and that they wanted to spend every vacation in this beautiful, green oasis of calm. The family and their friends first built their own holiday house, but after a couple of years spent in Mandre, they decided to offer the same pleasure to other people who want to visit this place, as well.

Deluxe Villa No. 10 is situated in a small town, Mandre, on the island of Pag, that offers an enjoyable and peaceful vacation.

Neighbourhood information

Mandre is a small town formed around a sheltered bay of the island of Pag and it offers a wonderful view of the islands of Silba, Olib, Maun and Škrda. Throughout the history, the bay was a shelter for numerous boats and ships, which significantly impacted the local population who, inspired by the ships and trawlers, decided to engage in fishing. Alongside fishing the population of Mandre has always engaged in sheep farming. Between drystone walls, found across the island, various medicinal herbs grow, which are part of the nourishment of the sheep whose milk the Pag cheese is made of. This world-known cheese is a speciality that every visitor of Pag should try. In the early 1970s only a small number of apartments and rooms for rent were to be found in Mandre, but today Mandre is a popular tourist destination which connects a traditional way of life and quality accomodation, and as such it is especially appealing to families, from both Croatia and abroad. In 2003 "Zadarski list" (official local newspaper in Zadar) and Zadar County Tourist Board declared Mandre the most beautiful part of the Zadar county.
