Jedini apartman u kući u mjestu Vrsi u kojoj nema drugih stanara (sami ste u čitavoj kući). Kuća se nalazi na mirnom, sunčanom mjestu, 700 m od šljunčane plaže. Udaljenost od centra 800m, trgovine 800m, restorana 2 km. Kuća se nalazi na parceli veličine 626 m2. Prijenosni roštilj. U garaži jedno parkirno mjesto i dva mjesta na parceli. U prizemlju kuće za korištenje i natkrita terasa veličine 32m2 s garniturom za sjedenje Apartman se nalazi na 1. katu kuće, okrenut na južnu stranu. Apartman se nalazi na 1. katu kuće, okrenut na južnu stranu, vrlo svijetao i prozračan. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka s blagovaonom, 25,5 m2, s izlazom na natkritu terasu (9,4 m2 s garniturom za sjedenje i s pogledom na more i Velebit). Android TV, besplatan WI-FI. Otvorena kuhinja (3 plinske i električna ploča za kuhanje, pećnica, perilica suđa, hladnjak, zamrzivač, kuhalo za vodu, mikrovalna pećnica, aparat za filter kavu). Dvije spavaće sobe. Kupaona veličine 9m2 (tuš/WC). Prizemlje kuće je zatvoreno i ne koristi se.
