Property information

Completely renovated house in 2019. which consists of one very spacious and a comfortable studio apartment with private terrace, and 3 spacious rooms with own bathrooms. All rooms offer free WI-FI, air-conditioning, safe deposit boxes, fridge, and more than TV 120 channels. Free private parking is available in front of the house.

Neighbourhood information

The location is in the center of Karlovac, next to the river Korana. Just across the river bridge famous aquarium “Aquatika” is situated, also sports area with an athletic track, tennis courts, beach volleyball and one and only officially registered river beach area in Croatia - “Foginovo” is just across the street. The city center is a few minutes far away by foot. Nearby are restaurants, bakeries and the grocery shops. This object is connected to main road D1 which is leading to Turanj museum, Rastoke falls and Plitvice national park.
