The almost new semi-detached house has only been offered since 2023. The house is characterized by Mediterranean architecture that reflects the zeitgeist of the Adriatic. The house offers an open-flow concept on the ground floor with a spacious living room with the dining table and the richly equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for 8 people and also includes a dishwasher. Three bedrooms are available on the first floor. Two double bed rooms and one room with two single beds. On the ground floor there is also a new sofa bed for two people. The master bath on the first floor is large, bright and spacious. The second bedroom has its own bathroom attached. The guest bathroom with washing machine is on the ground floor. Outside, the heated outdoor pool awaits. The covered terrace with stone barbecue is in the shade with a view of the mountains. From the balcony you have a view of the sea.
