“Very peaceful. Easy to get the bus into Dubrovnik old town. Portun restaurant is within walking distance, if you love meat it's very nice food. We also loved that the shopping centre with 2 hour free parking is very close.”

Francesca Guesthouse & Vardia Winery is a private property managed by Mrs. Francesca and her family. Our mission is to present family hospitality and wine tradition from this region to the World. For us guests are not tourists. Highlight of your vacation at Francesca Guesthouse & Vardia Winery can be sunset tour in our Vineyard with one of the family member. Let us show you how we welcome our friends, family and guests. Welcome to Francesca Guesthouse & Vardia Winery.

We are family with innate talent for hospitality. We are running Guesthouse and Farm for a few generations. Our family always try to share their life experience with you, just give us a time and you will learn how people live in our part of Croatia.

We are very close to Sub City Mall where you can spend a few hours if you need urban shops or vacation essentials. If you are pizza fan you can try it in more than 5 different pizzerias! We love to walk around on the new foot path from our apartment to sea promenade which is reachable in 10 to 15 min on foot. This neighborhood is surrounded with local homes, workshops and private farms and we don´t consider it overly touristy so expect balance with locals.
