With a fantastic sea view, house rosa is one of the best holiday homes in Picena; a very peaceful place to spend a perfect family holiday. The house has on the lower floor a very intimate and beautiful fireplace area, a private kitchen, 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower, free wi-fi and a terrace with sea view while on the upper floor it has a spacious terrace with sea view, a private kitchen, 2 bedrooms one equipped with a double bed and a single bed while the other only has a double bed, a private bathroom with shower, free wi-fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The house also has a free private parking and is only 70 m away from Picena beach, a usually uncrowded pebble beach ideal for children where you can also rent kayaks. The ferry port and the center of Vela Luka are 4.3 km away from the house and the nearest shop is 3.6 km away. The house is not equipped with a washing machine but if necessary we still offer a laundry service where we come to collect the clothes to be washed, we take them to a laundry and bring them back to you as soon as possible. We do not manage the rental of the kayaks.
