Unique and spacious townhouse with two rooftop terraces offering magnificent sea and city views. Arugably the best view in town. Enjoy the splendid panorama view in the jacuzzi, while barbecuing, enjoying a glass of wine or getting your tan on the sunchair. The house comes with 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and smaller 2 balconies. Equipped with 3 smart tv’s, table games and other amenities such as Nespresso and a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay feel comfortable and enjoyable.
Located in an authentic Dalmatian neighbourhood. 5 minute walk to the Riva and city promenade, 5 min walk to closest city beach and 10 mins to Banj beach. Walking distance to all amenities, parking is possible on street but cannot be booked and guaranteed.
