The property is set halfway between Split and Omiš, in the small village of Tugare, nestled below the mountain Mosor, away from the crowd and buzz, yet just short driving distance from both towns. The holiday home provides all the necessary facilities and equipment for a comfortable stay. It has two double bedrooms with ceiling fans, and a large sofa in the living/ dining room which turns into a double bed so can accommodate up to 6 persons. It benefits of 3 parking places and large outdoors. A fenced yard with the pool, loungers, sunbathing area, roofed outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area on the shaded terrace, allow al fresco dining and chilling while enjoying the fresh air and great view of the green countryside landscape.

Situated close to the both, river canyon and the sea coast, the region offers a lot of outdoor activities around Omis such as water rafting, climbing, hiking, canoeing and mountain biking. The property is placed 20 min drive away from the vivid capital of the region - Split and 15 min drive from the picturesque little town of Omiš and its shops, green market, good restaurants and lovely cafes in its narrow alleyways. The town’s sandy and pebble beaches are there, too; while many more along with Rivera, are all within short driving distance. Having easy access to the motorway junction as well as to the main coastal road, the holiday home is conveniently located for touring around the Central Dalmatian region, but also for visiting some of the nearby islands by boat excursions from Split and Omiš as well.
