The house is located in a private setting surrounded by hundred year old olive and oak trees and untouched nature. The area consists of eight houses in the northwest of Island Pag, twenty meters from the sea with views of the islands Cres and Losinj. Our house is completely integrated with nature and energy self-sufficient. Solar panels and a wind mill supply electricity due plenty of sun and a comfortable mistral wind. Every drop of rain is collected in a 27,000 liter water reservoir. Nature provides all of the energy and water you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.
Hi, My name is Kresimir Lipovcic. I live in Samobor, Croatia, small town near Capital City Zagreb.
Island of Pag is one of the largest Adriatic islands with 285 km2 and 270 km of shoreline. The island has the longest coastline in the Adriatic with a lot of bays, beaches…. Pag has unique vegetation and olive trees older than a thousand years. Pag is covered with stone walls that surround fields of low grass with aromatic plants like sage and helichrysum that provide the basis for the famous sheep cheese from Pag. The historic town of Zadar, Paklenica and Kornati National Parks, and Zadar airport are only an hour drive away.
