This area is famous for its great wine, stone production and agriculture. With an amazing private swimming pool, villa Katalea can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 4 persons. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in half an hour drive and the nearest beach, located in Pakostane, is only 15 km away. Your holiday home which is built from locally produced materials consists of a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area, a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a modern bathroom and a bedroom which features 2 single beds and has direct access to the amazing outside area. There you will find your fully fenced courtyard where you can enjoy a swim in your private swimming pool. Great traditional stone barbecue facilities are available and you also have a covered terrace with seating area next to the pool. For kids, a trampoline is provided.

Your holiday home enjoys a great location as it is situated in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the sea and many sights worth exploring. The nearest sandy beach can be found in Pakostane which is reachable in only a 15 minute car drive. A large supermarket is about 3-4 km away and at the same distance you will find delicious restaurants. Nature park Lake Vrana is located just 10 km from your villa, while National Park Krka can be reached in a short half an hour drive. This makes for a perfect location to explore the nearby coast and the rest of this amazing region.
