This 96 m2 holiday home is situated for 5 people and features 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, free WiFi and air conditioning, terrace, garden with garden swing, barbecue and outdoor Jacuzzi. Kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. All 3 bathrooms are equipped with shower and a hair dryer, in one of the bathrooms also washing machine is available. The property is spread over ground and upper floor. Terrace with dining area and a barbecue are also available. This property does not feature a swimming pool but it has an outdoor Jacuzzi. Parking is free and available on site.

Neighbourhood information

Buje is a town situated in Istria, Croatia's westernmost peninsula. Buje was known as the "sentinel of Istria" for its hilltop site located 10 km inland from the Adriatic Sea. It still commands an excellent panorama. Here, you can also find one of the most famous wine roads in Croatia, with 23 famous wine-makers, and it is also a great pleasure to explore the olive oil roads, where you can discover everything about the production and processing this well-known produce, with appropriate tastings. You can visit Parish Church of St Servulus, patron saint of Buje, bell tower dating back to the 15th century next to the Church of St Servulus with a unique view of the Croatian, Slovenian, Italian and Austrian countryside, church of St Mary of Mercy with a bell tower and "fresco" dating back to the 16th century, Tower of St Martin, one of the very few existing remains of the Venetian walls. The city of Umag is just 14 km away and its famous ATP Stadium Stella Maris only 16 km away. ATP Stadium in Stella Maris is home to the ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament taking place every year in July. The nearest beach is Kanegra 13 km away.
