This beautiful property is a detached newly build house, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The Holiday Home Petar can accommodate up to 8 persons and is spread over the ground floor. Guests have at their disposal a cosy living room with dining table, sofa bed for 2 persons and SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms, first is with shower and second with bathtub. Free WiFi and air conditioning are also included. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, BBQ and next to the pool there is a terrace with dining table. Private parking is available on site. Children have a trampoline at their disposal.
