Welcome to family Sverko Holiday home. We are sure you`ll love our house, because it was built and furnished for us, for the whole year living. it is not a standard Summer vacation home, built exclusively for tourists. You can see it is a completely furnished house, with so many nice details we put inside, things made with passion and love. We know you will appreciate this and we wish you a pleasant staying at our home. You have 160m2 of completely equipped home, with private fenced parking area and 1000m2 of fenced garden. Relax and enjoy!
The area where the house is placed is a residential, quite area of Novigrad, just 2,5km from the beach and the city centre. Big supermarkets and grocery stores are 2km away.
