We rent 2 apartments (two bedroom apartment on two upper floors and one bedroom apartment in the groundfloor) in our historic, renovated house Vila ''U Kali'' in Sveti Filip i Jakov. It is centrally placed, close to everything, but in a rather quiet place. In few steps you are on the promenade, in the middle of picturesque village. In two minutes walk you are on a pebble beach (200m), suitable for smaller kids also. Everything is in a 200m reach. We have a reserved parking place for every apartment, 200m from the house. The house is very old, but completely renovated in 2014.
We live 600m from the apartments and if you need any help we can be there in 2 minutes, or you can reach us on What's App anytime. I speak English, Italian, German, Croatian
