Vacationing in Slavonia has never been more popular, unique, or affordable! History notes that these regions were once inhabited by numerous civilizations. They came because of the fertile and rich Slavonic soil, which they later honorably defended through generations. We present to you this cozy home that boasts a beautiful view, a spacious garden, five warm beds, a neat kitchen, dining room, bathroom, balcony, terrace, parking lot, high-speed internet, and a security system; all built on a natural green area of 1000 square meters. Surrounded by the picturesque mountains of Papuk and Krndija, Vinovilla *** is nested in a remote vineyard valley famous for its exquisite wines, but also located only 850 meters from the town center of Kutjevo. Preserving this natural beauty that so many have cherished through the centuries is a mission for us. Thus, with sustainability in mind, we constructed Vinovilla to be completely energy independent. We convert solar energy into electricity, heat ourselves with wood and naturally extract water from the deep-water reservoir of the ancient Pannonian Sea. It is not only beautiful nature that you will find at Vinovilla, but absolute peace. You will certainly not bother anyone here, even if you end up laughing out loud from the bottom of your heart. note: 350 meters of unpaved road (1 minute drive)
