Spacious apartment on the second floor of a newly built house. Contemporary design. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One room with the possibility of an extra bed. Distance from the sea and the beach is 200 m. The nearest beach is sandy and suitable for children. Large covered terrace with a view of the sea. In a quiet area. Secured parking. The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by car.
