This holiday house is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay Landjin. It is equipped with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, so it can accommodate max. 4 persons. The kitchen contains crockery and cutlery, refrigerator (220L) with frezzer compartment (50L) and cooking stove with gas. Available is also a barbecue in front of the house. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, upon a request and against a surcharge. The house is accessible by car, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill which leads to the bay of Landjin, to the distance of about 250m. This road can be affected by weather conditions, but are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The fresh water reservoir holds 20. 000 l. Electricity of 12 V is solar powered. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with thermo-bags, which bags, filled with water, should be placed in a sunny position to warm up the water in them. The water and electricity should be spent here very sparingly

Tkon is a typical fishing village and port, and it is also called the "gate of Kornati". It is located on the southeastern part of the island Pašman, and the municipality also occupies the area of ​​13 nearby islets. The most important activity of Tkon is the fishing of clams (kunjke) in the Pašman channel, which got its name from Kun, which is the local name for Tkon. When visiting Tkon, you will certainly be charmed by the natural sandy beaches: Vruljice, Zmorašnja, Raja and Poljane (with a big summer beach party). Zaklopica bay is a paradise for adventurers, sailboats and yachts. During your stay in Tkon, you can also attend some traditional events, such as "Đir po konal", a regatta that gathers lovers of traditional wooden boats, or "Fishermen's Night".
