The structure of the house: - Lower floor Bedroom 1 - King size bed 180x200 (for 2 persons), small living room with a sofa bed (for 2 persons), wardrobe, bathroom 1, air conditioning - Upper floor Living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom 2 - queen size bed 140x200 (for 2 persons), bathroom 2, air conditioning, terrace with sea view including dining table & barbecue Please note: the two floors are not connected from the inside. For families with small children, we recommend using the living room with the cozy sofa bed as a children's room. The living room is a separate room next to the bedroom on the lower floor. - Garden Garden table + 4 chairs, further seating options in the green with sea view, hammock, 30 year old olive tree, fig, mandarin & pomegranate trees, herbs for free use - Free private parking directly in front of the house

Twenty Six is located 150 meters air-line distance from the sea, at the end of a small, residential street in the village of Lokva Rogoznica, on the Omiš Riviera. The house is the ideal accommodation for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the house and hike beautiful trails through the old village (Staro Selo). The nearest beach (Artina) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes via a paved road. If you don't want to walk the short distance back uphill, you can also use your car and park in the shade in front of the beach free of charge. There is a small beach bar on the beach where you can refresh yourself. There is a mini supermarket not far away, which is open 7 days a week and provides fresh bread and other basics. The nearest, larger supermarket (Studenac Market, open Mon-Sun 07-21h in high season) is located 3.5 km from the house, in the village of Mimice. The lively coastal town of Omiš is a 10-minute drive from the house and offers all kinds of attractions (large selection of restaurants, cafés, sports activities such as zipline, canyoning, rafting, etc.). The historic city of Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia, can be reached in 45 minutes by car.
