Built in 2024 in a contemporary architectural style that exudes alluring luxury and a beautifully decorated interior, this villa offers its guests 445 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1214 m2. The distance to the nearest sea is only 400 meters, which is an excellent opportunity for a pleasant refreshment in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea. You can also enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from this villa, whether you are on the outdoor terrace or in the bedroom. The Issa Hills villa can accommodate a maximum of 16 people, the optimal number being 10.
