Villa Ivana is a holiday home for up to 16 people, with a large and spacious facility, fitness studio, garden, swimming pool, area around the pool and summer kitchen. It is located in a quiet part of the city with a view of the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean plants such as olives and figs, beautiful vegetation.
Welcome to our holiday house Villa Ivana, which is located in the small autochthonous place of Mrljane, preserved with natural beauty, Mediterranean plants, which is located on the island of Pašman. Villa Ivana is a holiday house that started operating in 2012. We pay close attention to the wishes of our guests and every year we add, change or build something new. Located on a plot of 940 m2 with 290 m2 of living space, it offers comfortable accommodation for up to sixteen guests. The villa is located in a very beautiful, quiet and peaceful area. It has a view of the sea and the Pašman channel, where the beautiful islands of the Pašman archipelago are located. One of these most attractive islands and the largest Croatian and world brand is the Island of Galešnjak, better known as the "Island of Love", which is unique in the world. It should be noted that the island of Pašman is located in the immediate vicinity of four National Parks. In the village, 300 m from the villa, there is a naturally arranged beach that is adorned with wealth, attractiveness and beauty. The biggest advantage of this beach is that it is ideal and accessible for all ages, and especially naturally suitable for children. (sandy bay, pebble coast). It should be emphasized that the island of Pašman is adorned with a large number of natural and wild beaches and coves. We are happy to welcome you, your family and friends to our villa, where you will feel at home. The villa is located in a very beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. The villa has a view of the sea and the Pašman channel and the uninhabited islands in the Pašman archipelago. In the village, 300 m from the villa, there is a well-kept beach adorned with richness, attractiveness and beauty.
