Kuca Mira is a relaxed family holiday home. It is located at the seafront in a quiet village near Sibenik. Design-lovers will appreciate the modern yet cosy look. The villa has a private pool and direct access to the beach. Do enjoy the wonderful view to the sea from the living/dining area on the first floor. The large terrace features a barbecue. There is a small bedroom/office as well as a bathroom on this floor as well. You will find the two main bedrooms and a bathroom on the groundfloor. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool and the garden. There are standup paddle boards available on site for the guests. The house is ideal for a family or a group of friends.
The property was fully renovated in 2019. It is a semi-detached house and the other house will usually not be occupied.
Zaboric is a small seaside village close to Sibenik. There are a few restaurants and beach bars that are open during the season.
Sibenik with its UNESCO world heritage cathedral is worth a visit; Primosten and Trogir are also nearby.
There are many cycling and hiking opportunities - during the season watersport is of course the No. 1 activity. At the beach in Zaboric you will find tour operators that offer dolphin watching, kayak tours, jet skis etc.
