This unique holiday home, built at the beginning of the 18th century, is located in the suburbs of Otočac. Special with its history, appearance and atmosphere, it provides a true experience of the old Italian saying "Dolce far niente", i.e. sweetness in doing nothing. To escape from everyday life and work, this house is the right choice if you are interested in a deep rest. However, if you are looking for adventure, nearby are Senj, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Kuterevo bear sanctuary, Gacka river... Ova unikatna kuća za odmor, izgrađena početkom 18. stoljeća, nalazi se u predgrađu Otočca. Posebna svojom povješću, izgledom i atmosferom pruža istinski doživljaj stare talijanske izrečice “Dolce far niente” tj slatkoća u dokolici. Za bijeg od svakodnevice i posla, ova kuća je pravi odabir ako Vam je u interesu dubinski se odmoriti. Međutim ako ste željni avantura, u blizini se nalaze Senj, Nacionalni park Plitvička jezera, utočište medvjeda Kuterevo, rijeka Gacka… Interijer se očitava u vremenskoj i stilskoj slojevitosti - od biskupije koja je bila razlog gradnje ( kraj ulaza uklesana godina 1730. i imena graditelja) pa sve do obiteljskog stanovanja 70-ih.
