Property information

In response to the current situation, additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at our property to protect your safety. Centrally located in the UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik’s Old Town, within the city walls, La Vita e Bella IV - Lucarica consists of 3 separate double rooms on the 3rd floor of the traditional Dubrovnik Old Town house. Although the interiors do differentiate a bit (please, see photos), the design is always modern, stylish, and elegant. All three apartments comprise a flat-screen TV, a safe deposit box, a private bathroom with a shower, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, complimentary slippers, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a variety of complimentary coffees and teas, and a small fridge. There's a freestanding bathtub in every room for romantic moments. There’s a comfortable twin bed in each apartment. All units have A/C with remote control for adjusting the temperature. Wifi is fast and free. Upon your arrival, we will welcome you to the location with the keys and information about everything you need to know for a great stay. PLEASE, NOTE: This is not a hotel; daily cleaning is NOT provided unless by request (a small fee may apply).

La Vita e Bella IV - Lucarica is located in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, with all the great historic buildings and sites just around the corner. Sponza Palace is less than a minute's walk away, as well as Stradun street. Onofrio's Fountain is 100 m from La Vita e Bella IV - Lucarica. The shops, restaurants, and bars are just around the corner. Banje beach is 500 m away. The nearest airport is Dubrovnik Airport, 19 km from the property.
