Apartman je samostojeći objekt na kraju reda kuća u nizu. Ima 2 roštilja ( plinski i električni ). Ljetna kuhinja ispod pergole.
Blizina plaže oko 300 metara. Blizina drugih sadržaja ( dućan, pizzeria, beach barovi ). Obiteljsko naselje. Igralište za djecu je u blizini.
