Luxury and modern apartment (65m2) with large Terrace and 2 Bedrooms, situated on the first floor. Apartment is ideally located in Medulin, in a really quiet and intimate area, yet only a 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Up to 6 guests, private free parking place, beautiful Terrace - that makes your days and evenings enjoyable. The interior is cosy with stylish and luxury furniture that will make you feel good during your stay in the apartment. It's very comfortable and luxury equipped apartment and includes all comforts you need as - air-conditioning, fast and free WiFi, flat screen /Cable and Satelite TV in each room. The apartment is in walking distance to the famous Medulin sand beach Bijeca as well as to the downtown. Everything is reachable over a short distance: Medulin's promenade along the seashore (300m); nearest grocery store and bakery (70m); nearest restaurant (100m).

Beautiful beaches, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, Medulin's promenade along the seashore - are steps away from the apartment. Archaeological park Vižula is 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Pula- city center and famous historical landmarks: Old city center Ancient Roman triumphal arch (Golden Gate), Roman amphitheater (Pula Arena) are 15 min by a car from the apartment. You can go on day trips at Natural Park Rt Kamenjak, Brijuni Islands or visit many beautiful places (Fažana, Poreč, Rovinj, Motovun...).
