We love the sea, the sun and staying in nature. We love activities such as sailing, SUP, cycling, hiking. We are communicative and love to help our guests experience our region in the most beautiful light. Also, our family produces top quality extra virgin olive oil and wine from Istrian varieties obtained in the way our grandfathers worked many years ago.

Property information

Come to this great and modern and fully equipped accommodation with terrace and sea view. Relax and have a drink by the large pool. pool is big and shared with other guests in the house. You have a terrace with chairs and table to sit and dine, and from terrace you have a nice sea view. The house is new, have 5 apartments for 4 people each, and we are starting in summer 2022 to have first guests. Apartments are fully equipped with all rooms having AirConditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. In every apartment you have a big bathroom and you have a separate toilet. Also you have your private parking place in courtyard closed with gate for which you have a remote token.

Neighbourhood information

Your accommodation is close to the center and everything that our village Premantura has to offer (restaurants, shops, coffee bars, ...). From the parking lot you can easily reach the Kamenjak Nature Park, whose entrance is only a few hundred meters away.
