Hello!! My name is Nikola and I am the manager of the apartments that, hopefully, you will book. I run these apartments along with my two sisters Anamarija and Sandra, so you can see, it's a family business. We started the renting our apartments in 2014 and so far it's been nothing but joy to host our guests. Also, we have two luxurious jewelry shops in Opatija in which we provide our customers some of the most well known brands in world like Pandora etc. Also we sell world class brands of sunglasses. We will always be at your service if you come to visit us. Hope to see you soon in Opatija.

Luxury apartments situated in the centre of Opatija just 50m from the sea in a 100 year old Villa Ivan. Near beaches and fine restaurants, all within walking range distances. Opatija, The Pearl of Adriatic will be on the palm of your hand.

Neighbourhood information

Opatija is a small touristic place in Kvarner bay. Tourism started to evolve in the mid of the 19th century. Our apartments are in the center of the city and everything you need is within max. 5 min. walking. Some of the best restaurants in all Croatia are within walking range distances. What is worth mentioning is the Lungo mare walk on the shoreline which is 12 km long on which you can see all of the villas and hotels and also enjoy the fresh air and the the sea view. Be sure that you will enjoy your vacation in Opatija.
